About Us Challenge Hardware is engaged in the production and export of metal and plastic components as well as a wide range of conveyor system parts with 33 years' experience in OEM/ODM service. We specialize in conveyor chains, trailer accessories forging, stamping, CNC machining, precision casting, robotic welding, custom fabrication, plastic injection molding and aluminum/zinc die casting. We also provide a variety of products for customers in different types of raw material available which include iron, plastic, zinc alloy, alloy steel, carbon steel, copper alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy and aluminum alloy.
Advanced Facilities
Our robotic welding provides a quick, precise and cost effective procedure for high volume welded parts while producing consistent superior welds. Our CNC machining service, on the other hand provides complex and unique components that require high precision machining, particularly five axis machining, precision CNC milling and automatic CNC turning. We also offer a range of heat treatment processes including preheating, annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, surface heat treatment and hardening.
Experienced Staff and High-quality Products
Our 60 staff has a monthly capacity of 200 to300 tons of metal giving us an annual export amount of $6.6 million. Our R&D team is composed of skilled engineers who have vast amount of experience and knowledge in metal hardware and plastic injection molding technology.
All our raw materials are sourced from China Steel Corporation of Taiwan. We have two to five staff on our QC team that ensures that strict inspection is implemented for all our products, most especially our conveyor chain whose tensile strength is 20 to 40 percent higher than other standard products.
